Thank you Jemma, for inviting me to share a post on your lovely blog. I love spending time as much as I can outdoors. One of my favorite things to do and I need to do it more often, is having breakfast outside on my patio. As a blogger my days can be pretty hectic, trying to meet deadlines and taking care of my family. So taking 15 to 20 minutes to myself to have a quiet breakfast starts my day off in a positive way.
…so I thought I would share a healthy recipe and my little patio space where I love having breakfast when I can.
…to make your own home-made blueberry granola parfait.
Spoon 1/3 cup of yogurt in the bottom of a wine glass, (that’s what I use) add 1 tablespoon blueberry and 1 tablespoon granola. Repeat the layer and eat right away or chill in fridge until ready to eat
- For a touch of sweetness drizzle a little honey over the yogurt or have it plain and let blueberries naturally sweeten it.
