Flowers, Love and Valentine Gift Ideas
January 29, 2014
I am so glad that you stopped by today and I also have a confession.
Valentines Day is one of my favorite Holidays!
I have been enjoying reading poems, baking, taking a few photos
and doing a little investigating as to what gifts are available for this
official season of love.
Now that it is all put together I am sharing it all with you!

Jemma,
ReplyDeleteYour Valentine ideas are clever and thoughtful ones. First of all, your pink flowers are so pretty, and I love the Max Muller quote. That heart cup is so sweet - I've been looking all over for a Valentine cup to drink my tea and coffee in. This children's book looks so delightful. Do you know that I still have the books that I read to my kids when they were little? I just could never part with them. The Robert Browning quote is my favorite. My husband gave me a stone with that quote on it, and to this day, I still have it in my back yard.
Your posts are like a breath of fresh air to me........and you are such a special friend.
Love,
~Sheri
I love Valentine's Day, too - just did my post yesterday! The quote, "Grow old with me, the best is yet to be" is my favorite quote to say to my hubby. I'm going to make him a handmade Valentine's day card this year and I think I'll put that quote on it. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou are a gal that definitely enjoys all the holidays and always finds such neat ways to celebrate....I love the sugar cookies and the book about the ways I love you....such good ideas.....My grandchildren get most of my Valentine spirit. I like to find ways to surprise them.....

My favourite gift idea is the tiny, 'What I Love About You' booklet; how cute and creative! Thank you for all these beautiful ideas of inspiration for all the different loves of our lives!
Wishing you a lovely weekend!

I'm a sucker for Valentines too Jemma. Such a bright spot in the middle of the bleak months :) You've got lots of great inspiration here!
ReplyDeleteI have that same vase and can never get flowers to look quite right in it. Now that I've seen how you arranged yours I am going to try it that way. It looks so pretty. We don't really celebrate Valentines day.
ReplyDeleteLovely collection of gift ideas! My dog would like the gift #3 . I love the pretty flowers and the lovely quotes! Have a happy day and week ahead!
ReplyDeleteSweet Jemma, I love Valentines Day also! As much as I love flowers, I'd have to go for the sugar cookies. Homemade sugar cookies are one of my favs! I loved all of the wonderful quotes! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
ReplyDeletehugs,
